Step 1) Make sure the TV screen is powered on
Step 2) Make sure the TV screen has the correct input source (HDMI, VGA or PC)
Step 3) Make sure there is no technical work taking place or any issues with your network, in that case please contact your IT.
Step 4) Make sure the media device is powered on (black box usually located on the back of the TV or in comms room or cabinet)
Step 5) Make sure there is a green light and no red light flashing on the media device.
Step 6) Reboot the media device manually from the power button (If the device has a high temperature leave the device off for 10 minutes)
Step 7) Make sure all the cables are connected to the media device.
*If there is a loading circle on the screen there is a network issue (usually the network cable is not connected) in this case contact your IT.
**If red light flashing
Power off the device for more than 10 - 20 minutes power on the device again and leave it for a few minutes to boot.
